Consumer Cancellations & Returns Policy

This cancellation and returns policy applies to all direct sales made by Us to consumers. Business customers should refer to Our Business Terms and Conditions of Sale for details of how to return defective products, or cancel unwanted orders.

If you purchased goods from a third party (i.e. not directly from Us), We must insist that you take up any issues you have with your goods with them.

Cancellations

Provided that You are resident in the European Union, You can cancel your Contract with Us at any time within seven (7) business days of delivery (‘the Cancellation Period’). This Cancellation Period will begin on the first business day after the Goods you wish to return are delivered.

After the seven working days Cancellation Period cancelling an order and will incur a handling charge of 15%.

You may also cancel your Contract at any time prior to delivery of the Goods to You.
You must notify Us of your intention to cancel your Contract either within the Cancellation Period, or prior to delivery.

If any goods are returned to Wolfrace Wheels that were ordered in error by the customer after the Cancellation Period, Wolfrace Wheels have the right to charge a handling fee of 15% of the total order value of those goods. Full refunds will not apply. A store credit may be issued in lieu of a cash refund. 

Your notice of cancellation must be in writing by one of the following methods:-

    •    An email addressed to info@wolfrace.co.uk

    •    A fax to +44 (0)1621 843 771

    •    A letter delivered to us at the following address:-

All notifications of cancellation must be headed ‘Cancellation’ or some other suitable wording making it clear you are cancelling the order, and should also contain the following information:-

•    Your name
•    The model type and number of Goods You are cancelling
•    Our order or invoice number, if one has been given to You

If the Goods have already been delivered to You, we will issue you with a return reference upon receipt of Your notice of cancellation. You will then have to return the Goods to Us at Your sole expense. If We agree to collect the item from You, We will do so at Your sole expense.

We will not accept delivery of Goods returned without a return reference.

We will refund or re-credit your account within thirty (30) days of Your notification of cancellation. We will calculate Your refund or re-credit on a pro-rata basis of the Contract price, taking account of any Goods you have cancelled and any delivery expenses incurred by Us in collecting Goods, if we have agreed to collect those Goods from You.  The original cost of delivering the Goods to You will also be refunded on a pro-rata basis (by reference to weight and/or dimensions, if appropriate), taking into account any Goods that You have not cancelled pursuant to this Policy (if any).

Return of Faulty or Defective Goods where any apparent defect appears in the Goods (under proper use) within twelve months of delivery of the Goods to You by Us, You should notify Us by email.

Any email notifying us of an apparent defect must be sent to info@wolfrace.co.uk and contain the following information:-

•    Your name, address and telephone number
•    The model type and number of Goods that you claim are defective
•    Proof of purchase, either in the form of a copy of Our original receipted invoice,
     Our original invoice number, or at the very least a bank statement confirming payment  
     to Us

We will then contact You to confirm that you have provided sufficient information to enable Us to authorise return of the Goods, and provide you with an RMA reference.

Please note, We will not accept delivery of Goods returned as faulty without an RMA reference.
(This can be found when you log into your account under the heading orders)

After We have issued You with an RMA reference, You must return the Goods which you claim are defective to Us, initially at your sole expense. All goods should, so far as possible, be returned adequately protected from damage in transport and in their original packaging. If You have any concerns about the adequacy of packaging, please contact Us again and We will send You such packaging as We consider adequate for the return of the Goods to Us.

Please note, Goods damaged in transport to Us as a result of insufficient packaging will not be refunded, repaired or replaced and will be treated by Us as free from defects.

After You have returned the Goods to Us, We will examine them to determine if We are satisfied that the defects arose solely from faulty design, materials or workmanship, and that there is no evidence to suggest otherwise.

Where We are satisfied that the defect arose solely from faulty design, materials or workmanship, Your reasonable costs of returning any defective Goods will be reimbursed by Us.

We will also at your election and subject to your elected remedy being possible and proportionate to the defect:-

(a)     At our sole expense, repair or replace the defective Goods and deliver the same to You within such a time frame as is reasonable
(b)    Give you a partial refund on the price paid for the defective Goods for such amount as We consider to be reasonable having regard to all the circumstances, before returning the defective Goods to You within such a timeframe as is reasonable and at our sole expense
(c)    Retain the defective Goods and provide You with a full refund on the defective Goods at the price You originally paid for them, including the costs of delivery.

If as a result of our examination, We conclude that the Goods were not faulty in their design, materials or workmanship, We will return the Goods to You if You so request, provided that You first pay our reasonable costs for re-delivering the Goods to You and insuring them during delivery.
